For just USD 9.9 a year, you can enjoy the features such as eWeLink Cast, eWeLink Web, Integration with IFTTT, and so on.

Q2: How can I join the Advanced Plan ?
hiddenIf you have an email-type eWeLink account and prefer using PayPal for payment, please subscribe on the website.
Alternatively, if you prefer to use Apple Pay or Google Pay for payments, or if your eWeLink account is a mobile phone account, you can subscribe within the eWeLink App. Simply go to the "Profile" tab, tap on the "Upgrade Now" of the Advanced Plan card, and follow the prompts to complete your subscription. -
Q3: What does it cost ?

Q4: How to renew my membership ?
hiddenCurrently, we do not offer an automatic renewal service directly. If you wish to extend your subscription for 2 or 3 years at once, you can purchase multiple yearly Advanced Plans — each plan will take effect after the previous one expires.
If you prefer automatic yearly renewal, we recommend subscribing through Google Play Store or App Store and enabling auto-renewal. You can also cancel it anytime via the respective platform. -
Q5: What if I don't have PayPal ?

1. Tap “Upgrade Now” on your Profile page, then purchase via your App Store or Google Play.
2. Contact advanced_plan@ewelink.cc, and we can generate a PayPal payment link that supports multiple payment methods — you don't need a PayPal account. -
Q6: Why isn't my membership activated after payment ?
hiddenThere are three possible reasons for this issue:
1. Activation delay: Activation usually completes within 4 hours.
2. Misunderstanding: Once the membership icon on eWeLink App - Profile page turns colored, it means your plan is already active.
3. Account mismatch: If you purchased on our website, make sure the eWeLink account you logged into the app matches the one you filled for payment. -
Q7: Can I get a refund for cancelling my plan ?
hiddenThe Advanced Plan is non-refundable. If you subscribed to the Advanced Plan through the eWeLink app, you can cancel your subscription by going to Apple App Store or Google Play Store and completing the cancellation process. Then your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. -
